Android Printer for Online food order management

The Goodcom Android printer equipment are designed to manage online food orders for restaurants, kitchens, takeaways, and food delivery businesses. When customer places an order through website or mobile app, the Android Printer equipment will ring and auto print the order out. The restaurant owner will either accept the order and select time for delivery, or reject the order and select an unavailable reason. The Android Printer equipment will then send order confirmation back to the ordering platform and notify the customer.

For the Android Based Printer, we provide GcAnyOrder app for management of online orders. It’s all free and highly customizable for logo, printout format, admin control, etc.

For the WiFi GPRS Printer equipment, we provide free software for receiving SMS orders, Email orders, and website orders sent through http / https protocol.

GcAnyOrder App

GcAnyOrder is an application designed for efficiently managing online food orders. It integrates order reception from three distinct channels: SMS, email, and HTTP. Upon receiving an order, users are empowered with the option to either accept or reject it, providing flexibility and control over the order management process.

Upon acceptance of an order, users are prompted to specify a delivery time, streamlining the scheduling process for meal preparation. Once confirmed, a receipt is promptly generated, facilitating smooth operations for meal preparation and delivery.

In the event of rejecting an order, users are prompted to select from a range of customizable rejection reasons, ensuring clear communication and transparency in the decision-making process.

SMS / Email / Http(s)

The Restaurant Pos Printer with GcAnyorder App and the WiFi GPRS SMS Printer will receive SMS, Email Orders by easy operation. To print SMS orders, simply insert a SIM card into the POS terminal or SMS Printer. For email order printing, you will need to configure an email account through the Android POS Printer or WiFi GPRS Printer. The GcAnyOrder App can receive email orders using the POP3/SMTP protocol, while the WiFi GPRS Printer can receive email orders using the POP3 protocol.

Goodcom Restaurant POS Printer can also connect with online food ordering systems through http/https data transfer. To facilitate the implementation of the web server, Goodcom will provide the necessary communication protocol.

How It Receive SMS Orders

By simply inserting the SIM card into the Android POS printer, users can receive SMS orders directly onto the device. These SMS orders are transmitted either through a direct text message sent by the consumer or via an SMS gateway installed on the website, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for order placement.

Upon receiving the text message, the Android POS printer swiftly processes the order content and proceeds to print it out efficiently.

How it Receive Email Orders

It requires to set an Email account to the Pos Terminal or WIFI GPRS Printer. When an email order arrives, the pos terminal or printer will print it out automatically.

For the Android Pos Terminal, the email orders come through GcAnyorder App, both text/plain and html emails are supported.

For the WIFI GPRS printer, the email account has to support POP3 protocol. And only the text/plain email orders can be received and printed.

How it works via Http(s) Communication Protocol

Goodcom offerS an HTTP(s) communication protocol to facilitate the connection between your ordering system and our Android POS printer. This entails redevelopment of your ordering system based on the provided communication protocol specifications. Once the development is completed, the Goodcom Android POS printer can seamlessly connect to your system using the specified parameters, such as request URL and callback URL.
